MATERIAL PROSPERITY
Did you achieve your desired net worth? No.
Did you achieve your desired income level? No.
Have you built the habit of spending less than you earn? No.
Have you been able to eliminate debt? No.
Have you built the habit of saving? No.
Have your career progressed as you wanted to? No.
Have you reduced your spending on some unnecessary expenses? No.
SPIRITUAL PROSPERITY
Have you found your life mission? No.
Did you feel fulfilled? No.
Could you honestly say that you are happy? No.
Have you built the necessary habits for spiritual growth? The habits here depend on your belief. They could be meditating or reading sacred texts, for example. This has been hit-and-miss.
PHYSICAL PROSPERITY
Have you built the habit of exercising? No.
Have you built the habit of consuming nutritious food? No.
Have you had good rest? No.
Did you feel physically fit in doing your daily work? Not usually.
SOCIAL PROSPERITY
Has your relationship with your spouse been as good as you wanted to? No. What spouse?
Has your relationship with your family been as good as you wanted to? No.
Has your relationship with your friends been as good as you wanted to? Some, yes.
Did you make a lot of new friends? Not a lot, but I did make some new friends.
Did you get to know people from more diverse backgrounds? I believe I did.
Looks like I have a lot of work to do this year.

It certainly makes one think about their life as a whole, rather than making it through one day at a time.
